Returns & Warranty

Lambertones pickups are built to last — every set leaves our hands inspected and ready to perform. Because of that, we stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

We don't offer exchanges, and all returns are evaluated individually. If a malfunction is traced back to installation or user error, it falls outside our warranty coverage and is not eligible for a refund. Pickups requiring re-winding due to installation or user error are subject to a $50 re-winding fee per coil.

Additional Policy Details

Repair Requests: To submit a repair request, please use our: Lambertones Repair Request

 

Non-Returnable Items: The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Loaded pickguards
  • Single humbucker and individual single-coil pickups
  • Custom orders, including any modifications or configurations made outside of our standard webstore options
  • Apparel and garments (size exchanges are not available)
  • Tech tools and supplies

Order Cancellations: Canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If your original payment was made via Shop Pay, a 10% fee applies instead.

Returning Something to Us: Please don't ship anything back without prior approval. All returns require an approved RMA and must include a note with your contact information and a description of the issue or service needed. Returns received without this information will be discarded. We want to take care of you — help us do that by being clear about what you're sending and why.


TO Submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address,
and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy
the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit
verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items
that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping,
then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every pickup set we make. If you're not completely satisfied within 90 days of delivery, we'll refund your original payment method once your return is received in its original working and aesthetic condition with an approved RMA.

What's covered: Full pickup sets purchased directly through lambertones.store.

What's not covered: Accessories, wiring harnesses, apparel, loaded pickguards, and single pickup orders are not eligible for return. This guarantee also does not extend to dealer or builder orders, which are considered final sale and subject to the policies of the retailer you purchased from.

Authorized Builders & Dealers: All builder and dealer orders are considered final sale. Partial and full returns are not accepted, regardless of order size or circumstance. For questions about an order, please reach out to us directly.
